Problem(s): Environmental pollution control Solution(s): Eliminate the need for outside exhaust; recycle water removed during drying process Description: The HYGREX™ dry air generator is manufactured to operate in a closed-loop system, eliminating the need for outside exhaust and air makeup, which in turn eliminates the need for an air emissions certificate. With this unique air system the HYGREX™ unit removes airborne contaminates and plant odors in the condensing process. The HYGREX™ unit produces cool/dry air in the summer months and warm/dry air in the winter months. One application is to use the HYGREX™ as a de-misting air system, removing moisture over chemical baths. The HYGREX™ system removes the corrosive moisture into the condensing coils within the unit and returns into the plant environment, clean-dry, dehumidified air. Another benefit of the HYGREX™ is that the water extracted during the de-misting process is recycled and reusable in the original manufacturing process.
